Terms

By listing yourself or booking a placement you use Human Ads as a two-sided marketplace, not as employment, agency, or a social network.

People

You confirm you can wear the logo on the date you set. Default lead time is three days before the wear date; brands must finish logo + pay before that deadline. You license Human Ads a non-exclusive right to show your photo and placement boxes on this site.

Brands

Pay is a doubling auction: next price is twice the last book, or the opening price if none. Uploading a logo and URL and tapping pay records a book in D1 and R2. Stripe Checkout is stubbed in this slice — no card is charged until live checkout ships.

Content

No illegal, hateful, or adult-illegal marks. We may take down a listing or book that breaks the law or these terms. Outbox events stay on-site JSON; nothing posts to X from this Worker.

Liability

The marketplace is provided as-is. Proof of wear is on site when it exists. We are not liable for missed events, unapproved venue rules, or a brand’s own trademark use.
